Celtic Organic Bakers have been attending the market since the start. Based in North London they have a wide selection of traditional and speciality breads and patisserie including wheat and gluten-free.
Wildflour Bakery is based at Chertsey and is now owned by Chris Harris who took over in November 2015. He continues to produce a range of quality meat pies, fruit tarts and flans, quiches and savoury products, traybakes and breads.

Lerox produce a range of cakes, gateaux and fruit tarts from their base in Slough. They are new to markets but got off to a successful start in May 2017.
