A member of the West Country Farmhouse Cheesemakers, Gould’s make genuine farmhouse Cheddar, which is recognised by the EU PDO designation. Take your pick from ‘mild’ to ‘tasty’ to ‘extra mature’ and flavoured. Fresh butter also available.
Joined us in August 2016, Rachel and Fraser make two types of goat cheese, Brightwell Barrow and Sinodun Hill, which have already won awards.
Nettlebed Creamery came on board in 2016 with their organic and unpasteurised cheeses using cow's milk from their own herd at Nettlebed, Oxon. They can be purchased from the Norton & Yarrow stall.
Marlow Cheese Co started in November 2016.
Their first cheese is Cygnet, a creamy Camembert type cheese. They have new cheeses in development.
